3D laser scanning technology captures millions of points at high speed to generate a Point Cloud, representing the site with all its architectural, structural, and mechanical details.
This dataset provides a highly accurate understanding of dimensions, elevations, and spatial relationships without relying on outdated or incomplete drawings—creating a reliable basis for any future modification or expansion.
From Point Cloud to BIM Models
The captured survey data was transformed into:
- Architectural and MEP Revit models accurately reflecting the existing conditions
- Detailed AutoCAD drawings ready for design and construction use
