Payroll and wages accountant

Responsibilities:

• Participate in designing and developing the salary structure, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and bonuses.
• Preparing the payroll process (following up on the processes of controlling and auditing payroll records, and ensuring the correct calculation of additions and deductions in accordance with human resources policies and procedures and applicable accounting systems)Coordinating and arranging visits (for company department managers) with potential clients.
• Preparing allowances (housing – communications – meals – additional allowance – secondment)..
• Preparing employee liquidations (end of service receipts, vacation receipts), reviewing them and submitting them for disbursement.
• Entering salary data for new employees on the Iktva platform.
• Registering the loan and deductions in Iktva platform.
• Preparing a monthly report.
