Responsibilities:
- Conducting field visits to clients and potential clients.
- Collecting and arranging the necessary information and making a visit plan.
- Coordinating and arranging visits (for company department managers) with potential clients.
- Explaining the company’s activity and services to customers.
- Building and updating a customer database and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Effectively follow up on offers and inquiries and manage relationships with customers after sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and provide periodic reports to sales management.
- Contribute to gathering requirements to develop new marketing strategies and implement them in collaboration with the relevant team
