Geographic information systems specialist

Job Objective: To provide analytical and technical support for geographic information systems, analyzing geographic data to support decision-making and achieve the organization’s strategic goals.

Requirements

1. Data Management and Analysis:
   • Collect, update, and analyze geographic data from various sources.
   • Develop and maintain geographic databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
2. Model and Map Development:
   • Create geographic models and maps using specialized software such as ArcGIS pro
   • Develop visual tools and methods for data analysis and provide actionable insights.

   Job Responsibilities

• Working with Land Deeds Applications:
  • Manage and update land deeds and property records within the GIS framework.
  • Ensure that land deeds are accurately represented and integrated into the GIS system for legal and administrative purposes.
• Editing Tools Operation:
  • Utilize GIS editing tools to modify, update, and correct spatial data as needed.
  • Ensure that changes are accurately reflected in the GIS database and that data integrity is maintained.
