Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follow up on all platforms and websites that announce government and semi-government tenders, analyzing their conditions and requirements
- Continuously search for government and semi-government tenders, analyze them, and recommend those that align with the company’s activities, preparing the necessary requirements for submission
- Coordinate the entire tender submission process from start to finish, including document preparation and final submission
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tenders, including technical and financial offers, ensuring they meet the terms and requirements
- Review and match all tender data and documents, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all submitted data in the offers
- Fully coordinate with internal departments such as technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure offers are prepared comprehensively and integrated
- Coordinate and follow up with the finance department to obtain required bank guarantees and certificates from suppliers or banks
- Negotiate with government and semi-government entities when necessary to secure the best possible terms
- Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all deadlines and contractual obligations
- Ensure all processes comply with government regulations and legal standards related to tenders
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and laws, ensuring that submitted offers comply with any updates
- Maintain an updated database of past and current tenders, including related documents and correspondence
- Provide analysis and recommendations based on the performance of previous tenders to improve the chances of winning future tenders
- Monitor the market and competitors’ offerings to identify opportunities and risks related to tenders
- Provide periodic reports to management on the company’s market position and the effectiveness of submitted offers
- Follow up with clients from government and semi-government companies after submission
- Perform any other tasks within the scope of responsibilities as assigned
