Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys:
conducting surveys of lands, properties and buildings using the latest surveying equipment and techniques (such as GPS and Total Station).
Collecting accurate data on boundaries, elevations and other details related to properties, buildings and inclusions.
- Preparing maps and drawings:
Converting field data into detailed maps and drawings using computer programs (such as AutoCAD and GIS).
Ensuring the accuracy of the data produced according to local and international standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in surveying field, preferably in similar projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Good knowledge of using surveying software (such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
Experience in using surveying devices (such as GPS, Total Station, Laser).
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Good understanding of the regulations and laws related to land ownership in the Kingdom.
