Job summary:
Entering all data related to employees into the human resources management system providing information and reports about employees, archiving and saving that data, and following up on employee files and appointment procedures for new employees, resignations, and termination of services.
Responsibility:
- Adding employees to medical insurance.
- Annual leave requests.
- Settlement of attendance and departure fingerprints.
- Preparing employee letters (experience certificate – salary definition – salary confirmation – employee definition – status statement…).
- Renewal/non-renewal of contracts.
- Renewal/non-renewal of the probation period.
- Book travel tickets and vacations.
- Requests for family visits and Istqdam of employees.
- Employee resignations.
- Disciplinary penalties (investigation – warning).
- Solve employee issues.
- Updating employee data (passport – bank account – other data….).
- Loan request.
- Transfer of employees between departments, projects and branches.
- Drafting and publishing circulars.
- Monitoring the attendance and departure of employees and notifying employees of their tardiness or absence periodically.
- Preparing trainees in the Taqat program.
- Employment support program in the Taqat program on a monthly basis and sending it to the financial department.
- Follow up and prepare monthly employee reports on attendance, departure, absence, and tardiness.
- Follow up on the procedures for assigning tasks to other jobs.
- Preparing reports for the Personnel Affairs Department and presenting them to the Human Resources Director.
- Carrying out any other work assigned to it within the jurisdiction.
