Job Objective:
To prepare, review, and monitor commercial contracts and agreements of various types, ensuring the protection of the company’s interests and minimizing potential legal and commercial risks, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and draft commercial contracts and agreements (e.g., service contracts, partnership agreements, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, etc.).
  • Review contracts submitted by other parties and analyze them from legal and commercial perspectives.
  • Coordinate with related technical, financial, and legal departments to ensure all requirements are met before signing.
  • Ensure clarity and comprehensiveness of contractual terms and clearly define obligations, rights, and risks.
  • Ensure that all parties sign the contract.
  • Contribute to resolving contractual disputes or cases of non-compliance, in coordination with the legal department.
  • Update and maintain the contract and agreement database and document all contract stages.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract status and submit them to senior management.
  • Archive contracts both physically and electronically, monitor contract expiration dates, and ensure timely renewal or renegotiation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Commercial Relations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in commercial contracts.
  • Good knowledge of local and international commercial regulations and laws.
  • High proficiency in legal and contractual drafting.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking), especially in legal terminology.
